# Manage task categories

To manage task categories, it is essential to have access to **company tasks**. 

So go to company tasks and select the arrow in the hidden menu

The "Manage categories" menu appears

### **Add a category**

Click on

Then simply replace the description.

**Editing a category**

To edit a category, first select the category to be modified by clicking on it.

Then press

and modify the name.

### **Delete a category**

To delete a category, first select the category to be modified by clicking on it

Then press

This will cause a red delete icon to appear on the selected category,

So that you can confirm the deletion by clicking on it.
