"Company tasks" vs. "my tasks

IODD has integrated two levels of tasks:

  • Company tasks
  • My tasks

What's the difference?

In order to fully understand the difference, there is an important concept to consider. IODD is a collaborative, multi-company tool, meaning that from a single login, we can access a multitude of other companies, provided they have been assigned to us. So we had to find a way of easily separating the tasks of a specific company from those of a user with access to several structures. Hence the notions of "Company tasks" and "My tasks".

Company tasks: company tasks are tasks relating to the company we're in; here we can see all non-confidential tasks created by users, whether or not they've been assigned to us.

My tasks: In this section, you'll find all the tasks you're involved in or responsible for, as well as any tasks you've created, regardless of the company you're working for. This allows us to keep abreast of the activities we have yet to carry out.

It should also be noted that, by default, any user has access to "My tasks", whereas access to "Company tasks" requires the assignment of rights.
