Manage your notifications
Notification management
You can now manage certain notifications from your profile.
To do so, click on your profile in the top right-hand corner.
Click on My profile
Then Notifications
Task notifications
In the first block, you can enable or disable task-generated notifications.
WARNING: you will still receive reminders sent by users to your attention.
Once you've activated the notification, a new field will appear.
WARNING: You must leave this field empty if you wish to receive notifications from ALL the companies assigned to you.
On the other hand, if you're only interested in certain companies, this field lets you select them, so you'll only receive notifications from the selected companies.
Notification of expense reports
The second block allows you to manage notifications related to expense reports.
WARNING: You must leave this field empty if you wish to receive notifications from ALL the companies assigned to you.
As with the previous block, if you are only interested in certain companies, you can select them here.
Document notification
The third block allows you to activate notifications for the My Documents module. Each time a document is uploaded to your profile, a notification will be generated.
ATTENTION: In order to receive notification when payslips and wage certificates are made available, this checkbox must be activated.
Validation
To finalize your selection, click on Update
